Promotional Batches
Ticket-IT is centralized around promotional batches. A batch is a sales campaign that a store can use to create multiple ticket types. Stores can have the option to upload batches on their own, edit batch information or create their own batch tickets.
Adhoc Ticket Builder
Adhoc ticket builder is available for any store to build lost or damaged tickets in store quickly and easily. Allowing them to react to any local market changes. Also, Adhoc ticket builder, like all of Ticket-IT, is a really simple process to use that all your store users will appreciate. It is made even more productive with its inventory search capability.
Inventory
Our inventory system allows users to search for saved product information. Pulling data from an uploaded inventory list, Ticket-IT lets the user build accurate tickets instantly with minimal searching by the user themselves. Inventory ensures minimal errors, correct naming of products and speedy responses to changes in the market place.
User Roles
Ticket-IT gives the owner multiple roles within the software. Stores or Franchisees (independent store owners), Regional managers, Head Office users and Multi-Store owners all have their own individual roles within the Ticket-IT solution where each can be set up for maximum efficiency.
Reporting and Compliance
Our reporting allows your Head office to see the number of tickets printed by a specific store. Making sure your stores are making the most of the campaigns sent by support office, as well as making sure all stores are following the compliance rules setup by your team.

Promotional batches can be created by linking in to your back office solution, your POS system or your Accounts application. In addition, inventory can be accessed quickly, easily and error free. Ensuring that all information is available directly from source with no need to retype.
Multistore Owner
Typical of many franchise structures, there are occasionally store users who will own multiple stores in the same franchise. For this reason we have created the Multi store owner role. These can upload their own promotions as required.
Departments
We allow for clients to define multiple sets of products which can be used to create a batch. Or as a lookup source when creating Adhoc. As a result, when the user is keying an Adhoc product and the system knows it exists, it auto completes the Adhoc fields based on the data in the departmental datasource.
Zoned Pricing
Allow clients to control the price of products based on geographic regions, zones, store sizes or store types. When store users are printing tickets, prices are shown as per the store’s allocated zone setting and can be changed if required or locked.
Multiple Brands Under One Client
As a client with multiple brands, you can segment stores into different groups. Each group can have its own set of templates, it’s own branding but all pricing and products are managed centrally and all recieve the same promotional batches.
